Hometown Restoration Group started in 2018 with a straightforward goal, give Knoxville a restoration company that answers its own phone, runs its own crews, and takes responsibility for every job from the first call through the last walkthrough. Eight years later, we still operate exactly that way. We are based in West Knoxville on South Northshore Drive, and our 10 person team responds to water, fire, mold, flood, and biohazard emergencies across a 45 minute radius that covers most of East Tennessee. We stayed small on purpose. A tight local crew means the person who answers the phone actually knows the job, and the technician who inspects your property on day one is the same one who signs off on day five. Restoration happens during some of the worst moments in a family's life, and we built this company to handle those moments with care, competence, and accountability.
